What an enjoyable time spent at Watatunga yesterday. Everyone we met were so welcoming and knowledgeable. The buggys allowed plenty of vision including the introduction to the great bustard. Excellent value and so pleased we chise this to spend our time over the Bank Holiday weekend. Great stuff, and we will be back. Thanks

What a wonderful experience. We kept passing the entrance and finally booked in. Expert running commentary/information, top notch buggies and masses of exotic wildlife. Throughly enjoyable.

Such a wonderful experience, tour guide Molly was amazing. Such a passion for the animals! Driving a golf buggy added to the fun making the experience almost real life Jurassic park (only with deers not dinosaurs) Dave the bird is a legend and had my children in fits of laughter. Great cafe offering warm drinks to warm you up after the safari. Great fun for all the family but wrap up warm and it gets windy by the lakes! Big thank you to all the staff at Watatunga, you are all a credit to the animals on the park

On Sunday 23rd April 2023 we visited Watatunga Wildlife Reserve. This was a late booking as the guided tours on this particular day started at 10am and 1pm so its worth a call to check in advance. The venue is easy to find, a bit of help from Google Maps, and on arrival the venue reception and toilets were very clean and modern. Coffees, soft drinks were available prior and after the tour. There were eight of us so that was two x four seater carts. These were like battery operated golf carts, again very new and clean. Our guide asked us to follow his lead and we embarked on the 90 mins tour. Our guide was unbelievably knowledgable, and provided such a wealth of history on not only this location but also animals in the wild and on similar parks in general. He answered any questions which thanks to the communication system we could all hear. New animals are being added all the time so we are looking forward to returning. All eight of us and the people in the other carts were so impressed and really shocked by how professional and knowledgeable the guides were. I really cant recommend this venue enough. Please please take a trip down there, we will definitely be going again. Well done to all the Watatunga Team, you are a credit to your profession
