        Pretty incompetent, handed the ex-tenant the keys back and left the property unlocked.

        Challenge everything they say. Proof they didnt check fire alarms, says missing keys on check out and pictures of their staff member stood with keys in door. When asked for insurance details they replied with not there mistake and then ignored. Working with Wiliam H Brown, Sequance so anyone recently moved in or check out challenge anything they says and dont ever use in my view
