Brilliant! We have just sold our flat through them and they were absolutely bloody brilliant from start to end! Very professional and friendly...with a sense of humour which you definitely need when selling or buying a property as it can be very stressful! We would not hesitate to buy or sell through them the next time. Would definitely recommend them!

Tilson and Spencer is an amazing estate agent that goes above and beyond for their clients. I had to do a probate sell which was already very stressful and upsetting. But from when I signed up with Tilson and Spencer and had Re'yon as my sales negotiator everything just started to fall into place. I appreciated my calls and emails being responded to in a timely manner, offers of support to move processes forward with solicitors, councils, buyers etc and how respectfully and professionally it was all done. Overall I would say my experience with them was 10 out of 10. I would also like to thank Kynan for all of the advice when big decisions had to be made.

Tilson & Spencer are superb with their great and amazing staff. We purchase our first home with them. Bambos was very supportive and ready to offer any kind of assistance throughout the purchase period. Our experience with Bambos and the team was very impressive. We really liked their staff professionalism and their excellent communication skills. Bambos followed up on us after the purchase to find how we were getting on in our new home and asked if there was anything else he could assist us with. We highly recommend Tilson & Spencer for first time buyers who wants to move up on the property ladder and anyone acquiring more properties in their property portfolio.
