Staff (Shop Manager Beverly and Sales Assistant Sylvia) are helpful and friendly, such a nice atmosphere. I have been a customer for quite sometime. I always go there before any other place to find what I need/beautiful collection of things. Loads of fantastic things to buy, good prices !

LOVE IT, LOVE IT!! Finally a charity shop with everything...Amazing staff, super helpful. A little haven of excitement in the middle of Tottenham!! Found some great quality clothing, and some cool and quirky stuff. Beverly the manager, so helpful and friendly, will defo be returning.

So come to ask if it was okay to hand in two big bags of menswear and was met with nothing but attitude. It closed at 5pm and I arrived at 5.02pm. All 3 staff was just standing and talking. I knocked on the door with my partner to get there attention and they all looked and rolled there eyes......I knocked again and then they started put there hands to the necks symbolising it's closed "like I didn't notice the big sign in the window" After standing awkwardly at the door waiting for someone to actually come over and speak to me instead of being ignorant and ignoring me to speak amongst yourselfs to just grab the bags of cloths. She finally come too the door. We said we just want too hand in theses bags as we see in the window sign you really need menswear. Her response with attitude was. Well I'm not a "mind reader"...welll if you would have come over with some decency in the beginning you would have known instead of me standing outside like a fool waiting for some respect. Anyway we had to go to another charity shop that closed a hour after we got there and with a smile and a thank you they accepted the cloths....terrible service in tottenham branch
