Awful experience. No one answers the phone or their emails. After they've taken your money, that's it. They ignore your communication. When they do answer the phone, it sounds like it's a one man band, someone working from home. No feedback was provided on our campaign other than their word, even after repeatedly requesting this, and we have no reason to believe that our leaflets were actually delivered. Avoid.

I have paid 3000 for delivery of leaflets and they have not been delivered. The leaflets cost me over 2500 to print so altogether a 5500 campaign. I have checked over 50 properties and also asked friends/neighbours and there is no sign of delivery. ASA are unable to provide any evidence of delivery other than a bunch of photos holding some flyers. I have written 7 emails of complaint over a 3 week period with no email replies, yet they replied to this Google Review in minutes. They have instead responded by leaving fake reviews for my own business as some kind of retaliation. I will be discussing the matter with trading standards. I strongly advise you to find an alternative supplier
