        Sloppy/shoddy work. We had them in to fit a new fridge. They damaged the kitchen floor, and didn't secure fridge leaving it wobbly. In order to plug the fridge in they moved the washing machine out and struggled to get it back in, so dumped a load of fairy liquid on the floor and left in a rush. Before I could check their work. They had dumped the fixing bracket and screws in the bin and left all the mess. We had them back in to secure the fridge (arrived an hour late), same two guys came back said nothing about their shoddy work and poorly fixed the bad work. The fridge is now secured, but at an angle. They didn't drill a hole before screwing into the wooden frame, so its splintered and broken. All round awful work.
