I was told on numerous occasions Id be going for a test and then made to wait all day before I was seen with no updates from staff at all. Generally none of them could speak English anyway.
Once the operation (gastric sleeve) was done I noticed they had chipped my front tooth (probably once again their rough way of handling me). The aftercare from the nurses was non existent. Id only see them when they need to give me medication, a drip or deal with my bloods or something. They dont come in to check how youre doing or see if you need any help. Thank God I was there with a friend who was able to help me with my compression socks, feed me and help me get to the toilet.
I definitely would not recommend this place and I will not be returning for anything. I have requested my medical notes which they said would be emailed to me a week after I returned and I have been chasing it up but now they just ignore my whats app messages.
Other females that had the same surgery as me at the same time were ALL thoroughly disappointed in the service they received.

Transfers good (but drive like lunatics) so make sure you have life insurance.
Reply to messages promptly until you get the procedure done.
Absolutely NO aftercare at all (left in a waiting room for 5.5hours waitinf for transfer when we could of been looking in local shops).
You message them and they just don't reply.
I may have an infection, but they have my money now and I'm in a different country so they don't feel obliged to reply.
Paid for 20 zincronium crowns and ended up with 6 bridge crowns. My teeth where perfect before procedure but just discoloured.
Just disappointed as everything was going so well.... (just don't understand the common decenty of not replying).
