Premier Inn London Tottenham Hale hotel

Great experience. Good room - staff on night shift very good and helpful. Dinner was good within the hotel. Food & drinks: Lovely food and drinks. Good choice of meals

My mum came to visit me and stayed here and got food poisoning from peri peri chicken in the hotel restaurant. She was up all night vomiting etc and the hotel did not even have a first aider to help. I took her to A&E the next day as she was so severely ill and whilst we were at the hospital they packed up her things and forcibly checked her out. We got back to the hotel after hospital and they tried to make her pay 140 for another nights stay so she could rest and recover. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour with no compassion. Avoid!!

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I encountered several issues that really impacted my stay. Firstly, one of the most basic necessities - drinking water - was not available in the room. I was surprised to find that there was no complimentary water provided, and even more concerning was the fact that there was no tap or source of drinking water in the room. As someone who needs to stay hydrated, this was a major inconvenience and detracted from my overall comfort during my stay. Additionally, the evening receptionist, Joseph, was not friendly or welcoming at all. In fact, his attitude bordered on rude and dismissive. I found this particularly disappointing as a friendly and welcoming check-in experience can really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Unfortunately, this was not the case for me and I found myself feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I would not recommend this Premier Inn based on my experience. Failing to provide such basic necessities like drinking water and having an unfriendly staff member can really detract from the overall comfort and enjoyment of a stay.
