they get 0 stars from me. They are insensitive, awful, they dont listen or follow the law when it comes to repeat EEA prescription. The receptionists dont know what they are talking about most of the time and really should learn to treat people like people, with thoughts and feelings, and not like cattle/numbers or whatever they think they are doing. They will not allow me to get a medicication that I AM ALREADY PRESCRIBED, HAVE BEEN IN TREATMENT WITH FOR MORE THAN SIX MONTHS, AND MY LIVER WILL GREATLY SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES. Does not matter how many times I have said this. Still they dont listen. Anyway, if u want a good gp you shall steer clear they sucki except for one or two practitioners who actually have been helpful before.

I put 1 star because I can't put less. This is the WORST GP EVER. Firstly, they never pick up the phone. Secondly, one lady from reception always rude and rolls her eyes when I don't understand and ask her to repeat, sometimes she speaks like she annoyed. Some receptionists are really kind and nice, but usually they are not. I want to say that when people need help - you should help because this is your work.

The surgery is either seriously understaffed or desorganised. It's difficult to get proper attention and it is usually late. Despite being promised calls by reception within 24h, you need to chase several times as you never know when they fall and if they do and you don't pick up, your bad. I was promised a prescription for a drug I could not get over the counter, chased several times on the phone and eventually got a prescription, however, for a wrong drug.
