        Gradica is hands down the best, most hardworking builder weve ever used. Trustworthy and always looking out for the best interest of his clients. Its rare to find a builder these days that work hard and always try to deliver. These guys start on time and finish on time. Couldnt be happier

        Be careful with these guys. I bought a house where Gradica had carried out renovation including installation of a glass flat roof on a side return. That roof is slightly out of the guarentee but is now leaking significantly. I contacted Dolora Neziri of Gradica who in turn discussed the leaks with her Director, Billy. I did not expect them to work under the recently expired guarentee but I did invite them to review the roof and quote to repair it. They flatly refuse. The issue I have is other contractors are very reluctant to carry out any work, taking the position they did not install this and if it has been done so incorrectly their guarentee could be used to cover that faulty installation. Gradica don't seem to care about the position I'm in.
