All staff are so supportive and always approach students with such positivity no matter the challenge. There's a real team effort. It's taken years of settings, who didn't truly understand how to support my daughter to finally arrive at this caring college, they truly love what they do. The result is genuine progress. It's been a difficult time for everyone during the pandemic, college included, trying to navigate the consequences which without doubt has impacted students. Thank you for doing your best to keep the ship running so well. The true jewel in the crown is Dale Parsons. While away on health leave there was a huge hole left where his outstanding care for students and running of departments was felt. Dale's now returned and testimony to his consistent dedication to college quickly shone with how students themselves presented. You just seem to instinctively know how to make each student feel listened to and proactively respond. A very happy smiley place with genuine focus on students' best interests .

Very disappointed the way they discriminates the most vulnerable. Like my son. They request for my son to isolate from corona virus for 10 days because he doesn't have the two jabs due to his medical condition. Regardless he doesn't have no symptoms. I offer to do the home fast trace test, that is use by the staff in college,( some are vaccinate and some not), and is valid by the Ambitious college to check staff for corona symptoms. But for my son, ironically , is not valid. Regardless the government guidelines says he doesn't have to isolate and its offer a fast track test as the first measure. For Ambitious they seem to created their on rules(excuses) to keep learners at home. Sending work loads by email because they expecting my vulnerable child not be able to do the PCR test and have to isolate for 10 days.
