Treat people like dirt and have a serious attitude problem. A serious investigation needs to be launched into why these people can still operate or get a salary.

Very bad company, support workers involved in illicit drugs, it's taken a year to get repairs and care package, they use estate agents/consultants to manage properties however all tenancies are through greenpark housing, MPs involved ombudsman and regulator for housing etc. Inside housing and the guardian news paper so watch this space and keep an eye on social media etc, I was injured in their property and have since found out all tenants should not have moved in due to fire hazards and other things they didn't look into.they didn't respond to solicitors either.

Have been with these people for just over a year, for the past 11weeks have had no windows, which were smashed by another tenant, who is mentally unstable. Every door super glued shut, leaks from bathroom and kitchen absolutely appalling, with no answer and pushed from pillar to post, couldnt organise a piss up in a brewery, these rougue landlords leave the communal areas in a state of disrepair. When you call these rougue landlords, the people that answer the phone have no idea what to do, they need to speak to a manager, who never calls you back, it took 5 days for them to fix the front door which they just boarded up, so it closed. The pest problem in this property is out of control, the place smells of dead rats, and the front garden is filled with from old tenants, they couldnt care less, just want your money! COMPLETE AND UTTER C@@@S!!!!!!
