Im local, so can say that the service improved massively, since new staff and management started working there. Very warm, welcoming atmosphere and great attention to detail! Keep it up guys!

I had an excellent customer service experience posting a last-minute parcel before the closing time at this branch. The young man with curly hair at the counter was extremely helpful and patient. When my parcel exceeded the weight limit for Royal Mail and I didn't want to use Parcelforce,he let me re-pack my gifts into two Royal Mail boxes, then let me pay for boxes and postage in one go so I didn't have to queue twice. Very good communication, he helped me get best service and the price and get my posting done with no stress even though it was the closing time. BEST POSTOFFICE IN THE AREA

The only time I can come to post office is after work, at about 17.00. I'm sure that I am not the only one. What I don't get, why there is only one person at the corner at this busiest time? The second person is on his break apparently. What a joke!
