Sent a reminder that service was due to follow up with a phone call but not pushy. Appointment for service made, the boiler engineer arrived in time frame given and was very polite and courteous. He was efficient and helpful and completed the work in a timely fashion with no mess.

I had a problem with pressure loss in the combined boiler. Not sure if this was a problem or just the service. The engineer arrived at the house on time, worked efficiently and the problem was solved. It was a service needed so happy not to "get involved" in something more expensive when it wasn't necessary. I highly recommend it and I will definitely have the boiler serviced next year. Overall very good.

I experienced a boiler issue. contacted the business after a friend's recommendation. Very helpful, but unable to help me any further was the help desk. Engineer arrived as scheduled and was kind and respectful. Within a half-hour, the issue was resolved, and the interaction was quite nice. I'd without a doubt suggest this business to everyone.
