        Take the bad reviews with a pinch of salt, this is a good pharmacy. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful - they always get medication quickly even when there are shortages. It can be quite busy in there though so give yourself a bit of time to collect prescriptions

        Going through a serious family crisis at the moment and this has taken up a lot of my time out of London. So, when Im calling this pharmacy with regards to collecting my medication, why are they not answering? In the space of just over a week, I called 27 times and on every call, the fone rang out until the automated message at the end. Im actually fuming and have made a complaint with my GP. When I explained all of this to the assistant, she just took it like a pinch of salt. Sorry but 5 people behind the counter and not 1 can answer the fone. Suppose it was an emergency? No apology nothing. You should all feel ashamed of yourself especially the pharmacy manager. You all make me sick!!!!!!!
