Just wanted to warn everyone of a bad agency as dont want anyone to end up in the situation we ended up in. Be wary of Browne and Nathan agency based in Tottenham they will not give you an assured shorthold tenancy when you move in so ultimately you have little to no rights, meaning you are unable to claim your deposit back at the end. Instead they will give you an licensee agreement rather than a tenancy. This also means they could ask you to leave in a matter of a few days. Some of the issues I encountered during the time I was living in a property of Browne and Nathan: - No 24 hrs notice given before entering the property - Conducted viewings during lockdown without notice - Tried to enter our room without notice whilst we were in bed - Left back door unlocked and when a housemate ordered a locksmith the agency told us to tell him to leave without paying him and call the police if he does not leave - Ordered housemates to do viewings when the agency couldnt be bothered - Told us parking was free before we moved in when it wasnt
