Myself and my partner were very satisfied with the service provided by our Castles estate agents while we were tenants at one of their properties, they were very helpful when we moved in and very kind and friendly when talking on the phone. They dealt with any problems we had quickly and efficiently. Would definitely be happy to deal with the company again.
