        Very polite friendly workers saw me on the time thay gave me 10am checked the vehicle and gave me the quotation I needed to send to the company where I hit a massive pothole definitely recommend they found the fault really quick no time wasting cheers lads

        Honestly I felt truly let down by Kwik fit. The level of service generally from a few branches in North London was nothing more than diabolical. They had incompetent staff working at 2 of the branches not knowing how to fit the wheels back on my van properly. Telling me a replacement tyre will be in the following day at another branch but didnt and I had to chase to book it in. Didn't balance my 4 new tyres due to not having the correct parts for machine. 4 new unbalanced tyres, then left to drive out with most of the tyres with too low a pressure that they looked physically flat. Appalling. I won't be using Kwik fit again as a result. The company needs a new owner & complete retraining and rebranding.
