I have been a tenant at navarino mansions for 6 years and honestly I can say every time I have needed support from IDS they have been amazing. I would like to thank kevin, kizzy, Sandra and adwan for their amazing support throughout the years. We also have a new estate manager called Neil who is also amazing

If no stars was an option I would have chosen that, ids gives not a single care for the poorly maintained houses, the mould or the gaps all over the place leaking cold air in during winter months in the cost of living crisis. But are very quick to want the rent and service charges not that the cleaner even cleans the blocks or communal areas. The workers they send round to do repairs do more damage than repairing. If you complain about asbo behaviour its not even looked into properly. These are just a few issues you get when moving to ids. Clear to say Ive Never been under a housing as poor as this one. Stay away at all costs for your own personal sake

The worst housing association in the uk all they care is about rent thats all they dont look after their tenants and their needs horrendous behaviour

Worst housing in the uk, complain about noise and repairs to still have nothing done 6 months later, dont care about residents at all
