Horrible experience, went in for a trim walked out with a butchered haircut. Avoid at all cost.... *Update*as I see a response after 3 years and clearly they are thinking I was another customer as 1- I was charged 2- what they are describing is not remotely close to my hair. So yeah still poor customer service. Responding which took 3 years from the occurrence and making up a response, tells you all you need to know.

Not happy at all. I paid an extortionate 70 for a hair cut which took 10 minutes. I came with washed hair and requested to cut based on a picture and ended up with hair much MUCH shorter though i mentioned 3 times that Raymund, the hair dresser, needed to consider it would be shorter once dry as my hair is curly. It was simply dried with a diffuser which I requested which was done poorly but i chose it instead of a straight blow dry since last time i went it took me 2 hours and despite that I had paid only 40 WITH MUCH LONGER HAIR THAT NEEDED STRAIGHTENING. Will never come back again if they charge like this for poor work.
