This is the worse attention from the staff I received ever! I just call for a question and they don't know nothing about their own staff.

Very problematic and unobliging. Everything is an issue there. Booking a regular appointment is almost impossible. Emergency appointments Ive heard that they exist but if you call at 8am as instructed, you will be holding for 1 hour or more just to be informed that there is not more appointments available. Also every time you will see a different doctor even after requesting to see selected one. So you will need to repeat yourself over and over again and you will get a different instructors every time. So is very confusing. Furthermore on several occasions due to the way I was treated by the staff I left the clinic crying. I doubt they have patients interest in heart. I feel extremely anxious every time I have to go there. Ive never had such problems when I was with my previous medical practice. I was trying to make a transfer back but Im very limited with choice of Gp due to restricted area.

Service and booking process has always been useless urgand or breathe situations, (doctors are fine even good and helpful) you have to do a long winded booking that starts by first getting a bp number printed out if you haven't used the online service in weeks, then log in to book were you will mostly find available appointments weeks away if its more urgent you will have to play the gamble of hanging about on the site very early for the service to be open for available booking for that day if you are lucky. but as a result of mostly unhelpful service and gamble bookings it quicker to call 111 and be seen through you local hospital
