Self-service could do with opening more cash paying customers. They have to wait ages for any two of the numerous self-service till only accepting cards payments.
You wait ages for an available self-service till and as you're emptying and scanning your item from the trolley basket the worker there (Indian male, large build, black hair and wears glasses) rushing you by pulling the trolley basket away while you're still emptying to scan, then when he's confronted 30 seconds later he denies it was him stating, "Who, who"?
Would've obtained more stars if the customer service was better by this individual if he had better manners or brought up proper!
Anyway. #RantOver.
