I am so annoyed I want this store to pick up Norton security virus pack and told me that you cant buy in the store anymore and have to order it online getting charged 8.95 for delivery and Norton was 25 coming to 33.95 how silly and stupid specially with cost of living before you can buy in the store now you cant that I was told by sale representative sort self out Argus or your customers will go somewhere else to buy

I brought a washing machine from this Argos and after 6 months it broke and I waited 3 weeks for an engineer to repair it and I then got a call that I needed to rebook it again and wait another 2 weeks. I didnt know I had to wait a few months for repair and I absolutely dont recommended buying CANDY washing machines for Argos.

Felt unfairly treated. I was the only person in the main queue to collect a reserved item and once the previous customer before me was finished I proceeded to walk up to be served. As I was coming towards the counter, the sales assistant beckoned over a couple behind me who had literally just walked in to the store. She called them over to serve them instead of me! She saw that I was next and practically in front of her face to be served but just completely ignored me for no reason! I was so confused and angry but didnt say anything as I had a small child with me and didnt want to cause a scene. I just dont get it - she did not seem to know the people or I could have said she was serving her friends but from what I saw there was no need to prioritise these people over me, they too had a click and collect order to get. How rude! Blood boiling, I had to wait even though I was supposed to be next and was then served by another assistant.
