Went there today and the staff member was scratching himself. I asked for the 12 piece and there wasn't enough chicken. The staff member told me it was a 15m wait for the chicken to cook. I told him I would wait.
After 1h10m the chicken was still not ready and the staff member is telling me I still have to wait...
All the while still scratching himself.
The chicken was finally ready and I requested that the fresh chicken be served, the gentleman tried to give me 4 pieces of fresh chicken after making me wait so Long. I told him I didn't want it.
The staff member refused to give me a refund, refused to give me the managers number. I have been going to Chesters for over 10 years and have never seen such a disgusting heinous person to be serving food. Never Again
Trading Standards will be notified as well as the Health Inspector.
