My friend bought products from this cosmetica shop at 687 seven sisters road and after using for just 2 days She got reaction from the cream, she went there the woman was so rude and was not willing to listen to my friend and she is very rude .. be careful what you buy from this shop as the product might be fake and they might not ordering from the main franchise

Customer service was excellent but products poor quality meaning fake products they are scammers not genuine products

usually I buy my cream at Seven Sister Hollow way branch no problems! Recently decided to shop at 687 Seven sister branch ..... very poor customer service. Two people talking in their language at the top of their voices! Walked in saw someone standing communicating to the one inside who is probably doing a task but could not tell her a customer is waiting! Eventually, I said Hello! she came out but continued chatting not paying attention to me. Could not ask questions as I intended to ......... very poor customer service ........
