Arrived this morning at 10.10 after the day before and I was assured they were baking all night. So when I arrived they had no bread or bun on display. When I enquired the shop assistant said it wasnt ready . I asked her when should I return she replied she didnt know. I replied I am a baker and when I bake I calculate the time and asked if she could ask the bakers as just shrugged her shoulders. At this point I advised het that I would be going across the road to Asian shop . I normally try and support black businesses and I drove 30 minutes to get bakery. In the future I will be jumping on the tube and going to Brixton
