Unprofessional and rude.( Im editing it to reply to your response which is complete lies. Ive read all the emails and its clear you demand money non stop and play a guessing game on structural matters. You also were given a full Setting out engineer drawings from the client which was paid for by him and which you clearly used. Your company is a disgrace and extremely disrespectful and not honest at all when dealing with clients.
