My Homecare Haringey

I would not recommend this company to anyone. On more than one occasion the carer didnt turn up. They havent got sufficient amount of carers and the ones they have are rude and are not sufficiently trained to deal with extremely vulnerable service users. On Tuesday the carer didnt attend and they expected me to conduct personal care while having Covid putting my mum at risk. On complaining the manager and owner try and justify their staff by trying to blame the family falsely claiming that we refuse new carers.New carers didnt have ID, didnt come with correct PPE and again tried to blame the family. I am very concerned about how they treat other vulnerable people. We have given notice so hopefully the owner will re look at how they provide care

Fantastic service-a lot off effort into getting to know individual care that is needed!! Very friendly staff -always smiling- -caring and thoughtful always listening to my friends needs on a daily basic!! Thank you for all the help you gave to Miguel . would recommend highly -Homecare! I used Homecares services when I had to go into hospital for an emergency operation and needed someone to look after my brother at short notice. They were fantastic providing really nice carers to look after him. They were professional and efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
