        Its true they encourage you to Max out your credit cards to pay 20k for the elite course. I found my tutor very misleading and more of a cheerleader than a mentor. The course is not structured well and is about cramming as many people ( of all different intellect and at different stages in their property journey ) in a room and info dumping which ends up confusing the beginners. Staff were defensive when formally challenged about the teaching and learning techniques. Do not waste your money! Its an expensive lesson to learn from. Heidi

        Went o a 3 days course and in the 2nd day they make you call your bank credit card and get you go increase your limit. Then after lunch they go through their sales tactics and talk about the advance course lol so day 2 of the course was just to lure you in for the next course which cost a whopping 30k and access to mentor and network. I mean 30k during a pandemic
