        Sam saved a small army of people stuck at Totnes after a cancelled train. He did it cheaply, refusing extra money and he did it with the kind of jovial, amiable character that puts everyone at ease. He turned an awful day into a much better one.

        Sam could not have been more helpful or kinder after such a stressful journey wed had on the trains. He wanted to make sure we made it to our connecting ferry and gave us a great deal to help us get there. Couldnt recommend enough!

        Sam was so helpful! He wasn't available to drive us back to the station on the day we were leaving, so he phoned around to find us a taxi at the same reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
