Totnes Post Office

I have lived in totnes my whole life and almost every time Ive been into this post office, I am met with foul attitudes from most of the women who work here. They arent helpful, they speak to you like youre stupid, act like youre an inconvenience and patronise you. My sister has just been in to return a parcel for me as I had somewhere to be so couldnt return it myself, and unfortunately the parcel wasnt sealed properly and the packing is very stiff so hard to seal. My sister was trying to seal it and was having a hard time doing so. I understand that they arent allowed to use staples, however that would have been more useful. My sister had been trying to use masking tape which belongs to the post office, and has just been forced to pay for the roll which she only used a bit of and was the post offices to begin with. The woman she dealt with was extremely rude and abrasive with her, and ultimately made her pay for something she used once and has left feeling very annoyed due to being spoken down to so much. Terrible customer service.

Always helpful and friendly, use it most days for various reasons and always find them proffesional and friendly.
