        I was a bit nervous about starting pilates having the flexibility of an ironing board! But I needn't have been. Liz was an excellent instructor, clearly explaining each move and ensuring we were comfortable and doing each move correctly. I wasn't as bad as I thought I would be. Highly recommend anyone wishing to start pilates to attend one of the beginners classes. Very small classes.
