        The staff are nice and friendly and they help me see better, but EVERY time I come in to sort something out there is a mix up, people don't call back when they say they will, misinformation, crossed wires, lost notes, cancelled appointments without being informed etc etc. It needs to be better managed!

        Amazing staff my daughter is scared of the flashing on one machine and I couldn't get her to come in then a lovely member of staff came and talked to my daughter outside and got her to come into options. My daughter felt safe and was no longer scared! I couldn't ask for better service and the option was very good with her too! It was lovely to have staff that care like they do!

        Pricing is excessive, especially varifocal glasses, even with the so called 2 for 1. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the optician seemed very professional.
