The team at the garage were my absolute heroes today! Arrived at Totnes Stn to find my Car Battery was flat. Called and they informed me that they dont offer a call out service, and even if my breakdown service delivered the car to them, they were fully booked over the next day or so. In informing the very kind lady that answered the phone that I didnt have breakdown cover, she okay wait five minutes I will pop down with a jump lead pack! Amazing this is the best service I have received all year !

BMW Went in for glow plugs, simple job Told me was all good, arrived to collect the car and the first thing I was told was plot twist, 2 broke and theyre still in the engine. What a joke. Poor starting, engine knocking and a turbo sounding awful. they booked it again and sent me away I left the car until its booked date. I took it back This time I picked it up and the engine was even rougher and had 0 boost at all. Fully dead. I turned around went back and took the worker in the car to show him the problems theyre denying. So they booked it in again and sent me away After a slug of journey home with rattling, tapping, knocking and no boost I left the car for a couple days until its booked date. I try to start it to take it there a 3rd time!! And Progressively, the car now has complete engine failure wont start up. sounds like a tractor, no compression, and smoke everywhere and serious knocking as it trys to start up and ignite the fuel. Butchered. Best bit. They claim theyve done no damage. Even after all that. Blatantly snapped the plug tips and left it in the head causing engine damage as they went through. Their apparently lv3 worker (mechanic) even tried claiming my car had parts that it didnt swirlflaps even though I specifically said it didnt. I had to get an engine diagram to prove it. Tried saying they would have prevented damage. As if they wouldnt have got obliterated by 2 metal tips anyway. (Swirl flaps are plastic). Lol. What idiots. Absolute laughing stock. Excuses. How did it end? Them claiming theyve done nothing got high rate told me to seek legal and slammed the phone down on me. Very professional Reception is manned by a Karen. (No joke). Very rude and angry lmao. And the garage is full of very young and naive amateurs. (Probably apprentices). Save yourself the hassle people. Was recommended to this mockery too.

I would be delighted to recommend Station Garages Totnes Ltd to anyone. We took our Jeep there after having just bought it and it broke down same day. It turns out that the job was way too big and expensive for us to take on but Lou, the very friendly Company Director, was able to give us lots of excellent advice on what rights we had as consumers and was able to suggest ways in which we could be compensated for our financial loss on a faulty car. They're an honest and reliable bunch with your best interest at heart - can't thank them enough.
