The attic room was very noisy and very hot. There was a cracked window pane which made me nervous about trying to open the window further. Also a very noisy ( every 20 mins) drainage system which also smelt in the heat. The ceiling fan was cosmetic only. Breakfast was excellent. But the response to my concerns was not. I am not sure I recognise the other reviews. It was all very 1980s.

Stayed in the family room with my partner, our two children and our dog who was made very welcome also. Incredibly spacious, clean and well presented. Paul and Laura are great hosts! Very attentive and cheerful, nothing is too much. Breakfast was very tasty and enjoyed by all. Would definitely recommend.
