Was hoping the reviews of the past regarding it not being open would be a thing of the past.... sadly not... went today thinking if the market is on they would have been open. How wrong was I! Waited till the end of my holiday to visit (saving the best till last and all that) so disappointed to see it all under closed shutters dispite Google saying its open.

Im quite sad that I came to Totnes specifically to visit your beautiful looking shop but its not open. Its 11:30am. Im a business owner myself and I get how hard it can be, but perhaps update the listing if you cant open to temporarily closed? Regardless, I hope you are well and if Im ever in this neck of the woods again I still might try to pop in but will probably call to check first. Take care.

Every single time , I have driven to Totnes ( because its nearer to Kingsbridge than Plymouth) to specifically get Crystals that I require for my small business This shop has been closed . If the website says you are open at 9.30 then you should be open . The last time I came over there was a note on the door stating that you would be back at 1pm I waited till 1.30 went and had a coffee cane back at 3.00 the shop was still closed! Will never try to get my crystals from here again.

Was looking forward to shopping here today but there was a sign when we got to the shop at 1.30pm saying they'd be back at 2.30pm. We got there at 2.50pm and no one had returned so we waited until about 3.10pm, still no one. Had to leave it. So disappointed!!
