We've been a customer of Bluepoint for many years and have had both labels, bed cards and plant lock-ties from them for a long time. Each and every time we have ordered or had questions we've been delighted with the speed and efficiency of the response and supply. Support when needed is equally swift. It's hard to find customer service so reliably good, what a breath of fresh air you are at Bluepoint.

I was unable to use our office's thermal printer, previously supplied by Bluepoint. After contacting them and speaking to Steve, Phil and Joe I am now completely comfortable with the equipment. They have provided fantastic customer service, and resolved every issue I had with learning how to calibrate the printer for different label types. I will happily recommend them as both a provider of and support service for our labels. Thank you so much all!

Excellent service and quality product at a very reasonable cost. Joe was excellent and ensured the finished product was exactly what we needed and worked with our printer for thermal transfer. Sent out and provided multiple samples at no cost and really took interest in what we were trying to achieve.
