Nils was welcoming with a big smile and relaxed approach to instructing. I felt safe and had a great day out kayaking. Highly recommend this kayaking club whether you want just an introduction, or youre an experienced kayaker Nips caters for all levels. Thanks for a great time Nils

I have been on many guided trips with Nils and hire from him all the time, the Dart is a lovely river to paddle and last time we even saw the resident seal sunbathing on the banks. Always a good day out, would highly recommend.

Nils took us out as a family of 6. Only one of us had really had any real experience on Kayaks. He was great. Made it fun and kept us all happy. Our youngest who is 6 all the way up to our teen loved it. Perfect introduction for us and glad to have found a hobby we can enjoy together. Thank you again Nils. Lovely to meet you. I have a feeling we will be back.

My 13 yr old son and I shared a kayak and joined the guided 1/2 day tour down the Dart from Totnes. It was our first time on the water and Nils was very welcoming and friendly and clearly explained what to expect on our trip and how to kayak safely. He had warned us wed get muddy and have wet bums, so we were prepared. Nils had also told us to bring a packed lunch so we could stop half way, after 2 hours. We had a great time. Saw 2 kingfisher, we sat and watched them on a branch for about 5 mins - awesome. We saw about 5 seals - also amazing! We stopped for lunch, Nils brewed us hot chocolate, gave us doughnuts and sweets (yum!) and after warming our wet bums, we headed back to base. I highly recommend this half day (4 hour) guided tour. Nils is SO nice, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made it very easy for us. Thank you! Well be back for the sea kayaking next time! :)
