Its getting harder all the time to be a loyal customer at the Morissons cafes, This branch is just typical of the 'new' style that Morissons new Head Office management are inflicting on their catering operation. Reducing staffing levels, reducing portion sizes (although food quality is still good ) and increasing prices way above the Government rate of inflation ! so much for all the talk from the new owners saying that there would be no changes when they took over !

Went to the Morrisons in totnes today with my partner and our little girl ordered 2 breakfasts and chicken nuggets and chips for the little one. Not only did we feel we waited a while for the food to come when we eventually ate it we felt it wasnt up to standard. The bacon was undercooked, the hash browns didnt taste fresh and the chicken nuggets that my little girl had tasted like cardboard. The Morrisons cafe in Paignton was a lot better and the customer service was alot better at the Paignton one too!! We wont be returning here any time soon. Will not be recommending!
