Oliver is professional, engaging, authentic, patient, empathetic and incredibly knowledgeable. He tailored our 12 week course to our specific needs through an open and collaborative style. He did regular check ins throughout the 12 weeks to ensure we were comfortable with what we were learning and to check if there was anything else we needed to cover. I have learned so much in the sessions and am so grateful to Oliver for giving me the tools and confidence to do a better job - most importantly though, we've had a lot of fun along the way! Would recommend Oliver in a heartbeat.

Sales trainers can be a dime a dozen, but Olivers commitment to learning and applying different approaches (other than one dogmatic style) sets him apart from the crowd. Hes down to Earth, a pleasure to work with and knows his stuff.
