        I've stayed in B&Bs all over the UK, and every now and then you find a real gem, and The Great Grubb is just that. To start with all the basics are there, the bed is comfy, the room spotlessly clean and warm and completed to a very high spec. A warm welcome was received from John and Sandra and the breakfast in the morning was first class. I would definitely recomend staying here.

        Following our wedding we decided to stay at the great grub and we were not disappointed. The hosts, John and Sandra were extremely welcoming and friendly. The place/room was cleaner than All the hotels we previously stayed at. The hosts had a good knowledge of the area. A wide choice of breakfast food. John and Sandra made us to feel we were the only guests there and we had the sense that they made the other guests to feel the same way. We will definitely be returning at some point.
