A very warm and friendly service from the minute I contacted them. First time trying Cryo Freeze; I was impressed with the advice given to me, no hard selling but an honest discussion about how it could help me lose weight in certain areas (but not others) and the onus was on me to eat well & exercise too. Alison also did a make over so I could experience using mineral make up. A really fantastic service.

I really couldnt fault james Willis face. From the initial consultation I was very confident that I had found the right clinic. The treatments were unhurried and painless and the results of my Botox and fillers are exactly what I hoped for.. Everyone should also try out the fantastic make up range.

Its my first time ever do anything for my face ..my friend told me about micro needling its good for your skin If you got any kind of problems.......I thought Ill try ..I am really nervous person but when I get there thanks to Alison explained to me everything she is been really helpful and kind . the clinic really clean As we all worried about COVID 19 . Its my third day after my treatment my skin feel good no problems so far

Gosh, I am over the moon! I was beyond petrified, but Rupal was so kind, gentle and patient; and I knew I was in very safe experienced hands. I am delighted with the result. It's given me something that I'd lost with age and weight loss, and I just look like me again. I'd researched heavily into this before I narrowed it down to James Willis Faces and somewhere else in Exeter, and after paying for a consultation that turned out to be an aggressive sales pitch; I came to Rupal at James Willis. It was like night and day in terms of expertise and approach. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you so much Rupal and Ali!
