Thank you to the lovely staff at Totnes Apothespa who helped me with selecting a gift for a relative with sensitive skin. Their product knowledge, attentiveness and delightful manner were much appreciated, nothing was too much trouble (i was dithering a while) very happy with my purchase, I will be returning!

I visited the Teignmouth store whilst on holiday in early July and I was met by a very freindly member of staff. No sales pressure whatsoever and her product knowledge was excellent. I purchased some soap for my troublesome hands and it's by far the best product I have ever purchased. It worked straight away, it's effectiveness is long lasting and my hands feel like new again! I was that impressed I also visited stores in Sidmouth and Exeter to purchase some of their other products (the Fabulous Foot Soak and Fabulous Foot Cream are amazing!) The staff in all three stores I visited were excellent and I look forward to visiting you again when next on holiday in Devon. In the meantime, I will definitely be ordering more of your amazing products online. Highly recommended

I was really impressed with these products until I had an issue with my last order. The geranium cleanser which I had ordered before actually smelt like lavender (not my favourite fragrance). I queried the possibility that the product may have been packaged incorrectly. I requested to return the item by post but was not offered a returns label. I was offered a 50% discount if I ordered another geranium cleanser. I declined this offer - why would I risk getting the same item again that I was not happy with? Not good customer after sales service.
