I have been seeing Ray weekly for 3months, I was struggling with fatigue, low mood and anxiety. All of which have noticeable improved. Ray has a very relaxed manner about him, I feel very comfortable talking about any personal issues.

Ive had the most beneficial sessions with Ray. I love how he listens carefully and is curious about both my physical and emotional health. He makes excellent diagnostics about where my systems are in excess or deficient, and teaches me fascinating Chinese medicine facts to restore balance in my body. He is very gentle with his needles, and the results are powerful.

I started a few sessions of acupuncture with Ray a few months ago to see if it would help with my chronic pain and my Polyneuropathy. I've also suffered with chest infections over the last 4 years . Through rays treatments he has helped me with my chronic inflammatory polyneuropathy and reduce the pain I was in . The acupuncture also so helped clear out a lot of phlegm that was on my chest. Ray is excellent and very professional at his job and I would recommend him to anyone.

I benefited greatly from Rays knowledge and experience, he helped me to clear a chronic skin condition which I had on my hands. Ray is very insightful and gave good advice, holistically looking at all aspects of my health and living conditions. I have now been able to make changes in my diet and living conditions based on Rays insights and now have a deeper understanding about why those problems were manifesting. Ray is a patient and caring healer and I always felt in good hands whilst receiving acupuncture from him.

Ive had acupuncture with Ray on and off for the past two years and always felt better for it. Hes particularly helped me to deal with chronic pain. Hes very warm and easy to relate to, and pays attention to detail. I can happily recommend him.
