Absolutely appaling company, had personally felt with 3 of the case managers and 2 of the senior staff and they are all shockingly biased and will bring there personal issues to work, completely unorganized and are of no help too their staff or clients. They charge too much and have no idea how to actually do the jobs they say they will.

Very disappointing. No clear guidance to hours and costs at outset until hit with invoices for 1000s. A lot more time charged for than you would imagine the work would take. Very aggressive and negative attitude towards we the clients in a totally insensitive manner which caused my son to need mental health counselling and treatment and forced me to withdraw, 1000s down and nothing to show. I requested an internal review which resulted in them launching a personal attack on us as a family including a nasty and unwarranted safeguarding form sent in to our local Social Services which clearly was done in spite only when and because we complained.
