They let us down with horses livery

Yard owner didn't bother to clean stable before my arrival, so I had to do it before my horse arrived (so much dust and an insane amount of cobwebs!!). Yard owner was so lovely when we went to look round; however, this was clearly a front because as soon as I moved there, she turned very cold. If you smile at her, she just death stares you. She was EXTREMELY rude to me on one occasion where I had been very polite towards her! I have heard from other liveries as well that she has been rude/nasty towards them. I've worked on very busy yards myself, so I'm aware of how stressful it can be; however, you're supposed to be running a business! If you can't even smile at your paying customers, you shouldn't run a business!! Additionally, the stables are in bad shape, with dangerous matting (my horse tripped on them and lifted them up numerous times just from walking around in the stable) and there are nails and pieces of wood sticking out. The field we got given had no grass in it - it was more like a swamp than a field, and it was full of huge stones. The feed "rooms" are dirty and cramped. The tack "room" is also very cramped. I would not recommend this yard to anyone.
