Disappointing service received - upon initial discussions, I was informed treatment could be provided on a weekly basis. Upon attending the first session, (payment upfront) I was told they couldn't fit my dog in for another 6 weeks after that for the services I had originally requested via my vet. I would use with caution with the new owner

My labrador popped a disc and was left with his back legs paralysed. The vet suggested an operation but with only a 50/50 chance of success I opted to have him treated at Bluewaters Canine Centre. After only three treatments he was walking normally again and has not looked back since. Bluewaters did a great job, they saved my dog and also saved me a lot of expense. Wel;l done and thank you.

Albies been going to hydrotherapy every other week for the last 10 months and hes a very nervous dog around strangers but Hannah and Kirsty have been really accommodating and weve gone slowly but now hes happy for Hannah to hold his harness on the treadmill and for Kirsty to give him treats and shower him after. His muscles have definitely improved and his luxating patella is becoming less of a problem all the time, even in the winter months where he was hopping after almost every walk last year.

Oscar loves his sessions with these ladies. Really nice hydrotherapists, wouldnt go anywhere else. My dog feels safe with them which is the most important thing for me
