        I have joined David Lloyd through my company and due to a David Lloyd system/admin error, my membership level was downgraded. Rather than accept a valid email confirmation of this, the team on reception were unhelpful and confrontational over a 2 towel charge. Id expect a more reasonable approach to such a petty charge.

        Overall, it felt clean and well-organized. The locker room was spacious and clean. The reception male staff was very kind. I came to Cornwall for a trip and stopped by, so I didn't have a padlock, so I was grateful for lending it to me.
