Unishower

This is the only place a review could be left. Their website would not allow me to as the next page is not working and their Facebook doesn't allow reviews either. I have been trying to get an order from them for over three weeks. The first two weeks I admitted and apologised profusely that it was my fault they had they wrong details through PayPal but after that phone it could have got any worst. He seemed lovely said he would contact the courier and I would get. Call back so I waited and nothing called 2-3days later again same call said I would get a phone call from the courier again no call. Waited till the next week about 4-5days due to weekend and work. Called was told it was being delivered today no call before hand nothing unfortunately both of us won't be here to sign for the order so re-arrange (this was the convo with uni shower) again told I would have a call from courier with new date (no timescale) asked for courier number. Spoke with courier's (pure home delivery - disgusting phone manner and very aggressive phone calls aren't recorded according to Jason the Manager) after that phone call and not having being told any new date I canceled the order and called uni shower back and canceled with them. They would not want to be spoken to in this disgusting manner if they called somewhere about their order but feel the need to speak to customers like this when their the manager of their company. Baffling and disgusting.
