Topcliffe Surgery

As an add on to my previous review, I had to visit again today. The same superb standard of care......Claire was absolutely outstanding. I wish people would get a sense of perspective when they complain about the NHS......some of these people should be ashamed. It's not a perfect world but there are some really great people out there doing their best for all of us......think about that before having a rant about something and nothing. Thank you so much to all of you. Unfortunately, I've had to visit twice this week having never had to visit before. Sara on reception was brilliant and so were the physicians associate and Dr that I saw....apologies gents, I've forgotten your names. It appears you can't please everyone but you all certainly impressed me. Many thanks!!

Whenever I call and use the surgery and pharmacy, the service has always been pretty positive and accommodating. If there are any issues, then understanding their challenges helps build a good rapport.

The doctors and nurses at Topcliffe are outstanding in their treatment and patience. I have always found all the staff courteous and haven't experienced any issues with reception or pharmacy, perhaps because I'm friendly and courteous with them. I can't imagine the difficulties they are working under during the Covid pandemic, and they all have my gratitude and respect.

Prescription recipient has the attitude of Hitler in a very bad mood. Would have loved to score this practice zero out of five for her base and aggressive nature I hope my treatment wasn't because of the colour of my skin.
